Common questions
Is the sample really free?
Yes. I build a sample of your homepage so you can see the direction. If you don't like it, you owe nothing.
How long does it take?
Starter is ready in 3 business days, Standard in 7 and Premium in 10–14. The clock starts once I have your info: services, prices, hours and photos. Need it faster? Ask about rush delivery.
Do I own my domain and website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and the site is yours. If you ever leave, I'll hand over everything.
What happens after the first year of my domain?
Domains renew yearly, usually $12–20. On a care plan, I handle the renewal for you. Otherwise, you'll get a reminder from the registrar.
What do I need to give you?
Your business details, prices, hours, a few photos of your work, and how you want customers to contact you. I'll send you a simple checklist.
Are there monthly fees?
Only if you choose a care plan or professional email. Basic hosting is included at no monthly cost on the current hosting plan.
Can you guarantee I'll show up first on Google?
No one honestly can. Google controls rankings. I set up everything Google looks for, like titles, descriptions, your Business Profile and Search submission, so you have the best possible start.
What counts as an update on a care plan?
Small changes like new prices, hours, photos, a special or a new service. Bigger changes like a whole new page are quoted separately.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You only pay the difference to move up a plan.
Do you only work with local businesses?
No. I'm based in Hamilton, Ohio, and love working with local businesses in person, but I build sites for businesses anywhere. Everything can be done by phone, text, email or video call.
